At Sport Clips, I am currently a Senior Visual Designer, where I manage the marketing team's workload and lead UX projects. I also run a 16-week graphic design intern program. My role involves overseeing creative work and managing various design and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Sport Clips' branding and marketing strategies. Additionally, I handle the team's overall workflow and contribute to the company's digital experiences through UX leadership.
